In a shocking Instagram post, Brooklyn Beckham has launched a scathing attack on his “controlling” parents, David and Victoria Beckham, accusing them of endless attempts to sabotage his relationship with his wife, Nicola Peltz.

The 26-year-old eldest son of the power couple claimed that his parents have been manipulating the media narrative about their family for his entire life. He said the “performative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships” have been a fixture of the life he was born into.

Brooklyn alleged that his mother, Victoria, had “cancelled making Nicola’s dress” for their wedding in April 2022 and “hijacked” the first dance, dancing “very inappropriately” on him in front of everyone, leaving him feeling “uncomfortable and humiliated.”

He also claimed that his parents refused to see him during a visit to London last year, despite his efforts to spend “quality time” with them. Brooklyn said his wife has been “consistently disrespected” by his family, and that members of his family told him the night before the wedding that Nicola was “not blood” and “not family.”

The former photographer said he has found “peace and relief” since stepping away from his family following the wedding, and has no wish to reconcile with them. He stated that he is “standing up” for himself “for the first time” in his life.

A source close to the family told Page Six that the Beckham feud appears to be “beyond repair,” with the family being “relentless” in creating problems for Brooklyn and Nicola. The insider confirmed that everything Brooklyn said in his statement is true, and that it is “too late” for the couple to make amends with his parents “for now.”

This explosive public airing of the Beckham family’s private turmoil has left many observers shocked and wondering what could have driven such a deep wedge between the once close-knit clan.
