Tens of thousands gathered in central London on Saturday for the second annual “Unite the Kingdom” march, led by far-right activist Tommy Robinson, also known as Stephen Yaxley-Lennon. The event, marked by Islamophobic rhetoric and ethnonationalist sentiments, saw Robinson rally his supporters with a call to prepare for a “battle of Britain” as he urged them to engage politically ahead of the upcoming general election.

While organisers claimed millions turned out for the rally, police estimates placed the crowd at around 60,000, a notable decrease from the 150,000 participants at last September’s event. This decline suggests a potential waning of enthusiasm, despite the ongoing influence of Robinson’s movement.
