Yet, the response was overwhelming. “They had fun and told their friends. All of a sudden, we had people knocking on the door saying, ‘Hey, can we come take a look at the place?’”
Despite initial doubts about the viability of farm tours, Buttigieg soon realised the appetite for such experiences. “All of a sudden we had people banging down the door for that,” he says, reflecting on the unexpected success of the initiative.
