The trial’s design accommodates the inclusion of additional treatments as they become available, aiming to recruit between 700 and 1,000 patients. WHO officials have confirmed that sufficient quantities of both remdesivir and MBP134 have been donated, allowing for the enrolment of up to 1,200 participants.
