The petition highlights a critical gap in the FCC applications from these companies, pointing out that none have adequately addressed the potential environmental harms associated with operating millions of satellites in orbit. The lack of detailed plans for mitigating pollution and assessing risks raises serious questions about the viability of these ambitious projects.
