Lambert, aged 75 at the time of his disappearance, had moved from the United States to Ontario in 2004 to start a life with his fiancée, Kathy, who passed away in 2016. Following her death, Lambert lived alone and was reported missing after no sightings were confirmed since the summer of 2018.
