A former prison officer has been sentenced to jail time for engaging in a sexual act with an inmate under her supervision. The incident was captured on the officer’s own body-worn camera inside a storage closet at the facility.
The ex-employee, whose identity has been withheld, was found guilty of misconduct in a public office and was sentenced to 12 months in prison at a hearing held at the local Crown Court.
