In a move to address customer feedback, Lululemon has resumed online sales of its controversial “Get Low” legging collection, this time with detailed guidance on fit and sizing. The athletic apparel company had temporarily paused sales of the leggings last week amid complaints that the fabric was see-through.

Lululemon stated that they “temporarily paused online sales of our Get Low collection in North America to review early guest feedback and insights.” Based on the learnings, the company has now updated its product education information to provide new guidance on fit, sizing, and features to better support customer purchase decisions.

The Get Low leggings, with a 25-inch inseam, are now back online and available in stores, retailing for $108. Lululemon has also introduced new, darker colour options, including Deep Sea Blue/True Navy, Berry Rumble/Black Plum, Black/Graphite Grey, and Sequoia/Twig.

In an apparent effort to address the see-through concerns, Lululemon is now recommending that customers pair the leggings with “skin-tone, seamless underwear” to “experience this tight’s best performance during your workout.” The company has also updated the product description to advise customers to “size up” for the best fit.

A Lululemon spokesperson stated, “We take our guests’ feedback seriously and value their input in shaping the products and experiences we create. Based on the learnings, we have updated our product education information to incorporate new guidance on fit, sizing, and features to better support guest purchase decisions.”

The temporary pause in online sales and the subsequent updates to the product information highlight Lululemon’s commitment to addressing customer concerns and delivering a satisfactory experience. As the brand known for its chic and comfortable athleisure wear, Lululemon’s handling of this situation demonstrates its willingness to adapt and improve its offerings based on customer feedback.
