Approximately 70 firefighters are currently engaged in battling the blaze, which is situated at a commercial property on Regent’s Park Road in Chalk Farm. The London Fire Brigade (LFB) has reported that half of the single-storey building is engulfed in flames, and smoke from the fire is visible from considerable distances, including the nearby Royal Free Hospital.
As a precautionary measure, authorities have closed Adelaide Road between Winchester Road and Haverstock Hill. The cause of the fire remains undetermined as firefighters continue to manage the situation.

Similarly, services operated by London Northwestern Railway have been suspended, and Southern trains between Clapham Junction and Watford Junction are also not running until further notice.
Additionally, London Overground services could face interruptions, particularly those connecting Richmond/Clapham Junction to Stratford and Gospel Oak to Barking.
