In a shocking revelation, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, the eldest son of Sir David Beckham and Lady Victoria Beckham, has accused his parents of being “controlling” and prioritising the family brand over their personal relationships. The 23-year-old’s scathing six-page Instagram statement has made headlines across British media, with the Daily Mail dubbing it “Brooklyn goes nuclear” and The Sun carrying the same headline.

The younger Peltz Beckham has made it clear that he has no desire to reconcile with his family, as reported by The Sun. The Daily Star’s take on the situation is “Brooklyn blasts Posh and Beck”, underscoring the apparent rift within the famous family.

Elsewhere, the i Paper reports that NATO insiders are warning that Donald Trump’s ambition to annex Greenland is “destroying trust” and “tearing apart long-standing agreements”, suggesting that UK-US relations are at their “lowest ebb” since the 1956 Suez crisis.

The Guardian, meanwhile, has revealed that Trump has linked his threats to seize control of Greenland to his failure to win the Nobel Peace Prize. In a text message to Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, the US President said he no longer felt the need to think “purely of peace” after being “snubbed” for the award.

Norway’s Prime Minister has repeatedly tried to explain to Trump that he was not purposely denied the Nobel Peace Prize, as reported by the Metro under the headline “A prize idiot”.

The Times follows up with reports that Trump has refused to rule out military action to seize Greenland, despite intense opposition from European allies. The US leader is set to address the World Economic Forum in Davos on Wednesday, where he is likely to face “tense encounters” with NATO allies, the paper says.

Closer to home, the Daily Telegraph’s lead story reports the government’s confirmation that it is consulting on plans for an Australian-style social media ban for teenagers under 16 in the UK. The final decision is expected to be made in the summer.

Finally, the Daily Express dedicates its front page to a story about four nurses who have spoken out after a transgender woman used their changing room at a hospital, leading to an employment tribunal ruling in their favour.
