Additionally, Various Eateries is negotiating to acquire The Queen’s Head, also located in Surrey, although this pub is subject to an “asset of community value” process. This means it can only be sold after a statutory notification and a potential six-week moratorium period.
The total investment for these initial acquisitions amounts to £11.25 million, a significant commitment that reflects the group’s ambitions in a competitive market.

Alongside the rebranding, Various Eateries plans to introduce a new brand, The Linwood Collection, following the completion of the deal. This initiative will create a third brand within their existing portfolio, which currently boasts 20 locations, comprising restaurants, clubhouses, and hotels.
