The ruling comes in the wake of a disturbing incident at the Mugabe residence in Johannesburg, where an employee sustained serious injuries. Legal Proceedings and Charges
The Johannesburg magistrate’s court has dealt swiftly with charges against Mugabe, 28, and his cousin, Tobias Mugabe Matonhodze, 33. Their legal troubles stemmed from a shooting incident on 19 February, during which an employee, Sipho Mahlangu, was shot in the back. Initially charged with attempted murder, Matonhodze admitted guilt to multiple offences, including firearms violations and immigration breaches, resulting in a three-year prison sentence.
Bellarmine Mugabe, however, faced charges unrelated to the shooting. He was fined 400,000 rand (£17,851) for brandishing
