In a deeply troubling revelation, shocking animal welfare violations have surfaced at the Zoological Wildlife Foundation (ZWF) in Miami, a facility owned by former drug lord Mario Tabraue, known for his appearance in the infamous Netflix series *Tiger King*. A recent inspection by federal wildlife officials has brought to light heartbreaking incidents, including the amputation of a leg from an endangered clouded leopard and the untimely death of a capybara. These events have reignited fierce calls from animal rights advocates demanding the closure of this facility, which has long faced scrutiny for its treatment of animals.

The situation escalated with the discovery of two critical incidents involving the clouded leopard, named Petra, and a capybara.
