The Israeli military has yet to offer an official response to these strikes.
In northern Israel, Hezbollah retaliated by launching approximately 30 rockets, resulting in injuries to at least one individual in the town of Tamra. Hezbollah announced that its offensive aimed at ten distinct locations within northern Israel, further intensifying the cycle of violence between the two sides.
Israel’s military has also confirmed that its ground operations are ongoing in southern Lebanon, claiming to have targeted over 200 Hezbollah-related sites, including launchers, in the past 24 hours. In light of this offensive, Israeli officials have urged residents in southern Lebanon to evacuate as air and artillery bombardments continue unabated.
