Bedriya Adem, 35, expressed her overwhelming joy at welcoming four sons and one daughter, all of whom are reported to be in good health. Bedriya and her husband have faced years of longing and disappointment in their quest for a child. After countless struggles, their prayers were finally answered with the birth of five healthy babies. “I cannot express my happiness in words,” Bedriya shared, reflecting on the emotional toll that infertility had taken on her life. “I felt such depression and pain until now.”
The medical director at Hiwot Fana, Dr. Mohammed Nur Abdulahi, confirmed that the quintuplets were delivered via Caesarean section on Tuesday evening.
