Furthermore, incidents of incivility addressed by special constables also saw a two per cent decrease, while assaults on STM employees remained stable. The STM has reported a 22 per cent drop in service interruptions lasting five minutes or more due to disruptive behaviour, indicating a positive trend in overall service reliability.
