Dave Forster, a 63-year-old from Washington State, voiced his disappointment, remarking that the state presentations were lacklustre given the extensive preparation time. “They’ve had how long? However, the allure of shade and refreshments proved to be the primary attraction for many, as the sweltering conditions prompted the fair’s management to pause events and encourage attendees to leave until temperatures cooled.
