A devastating incident in north-west London has prompted a murder investigation following the death of a 15-year-old boy, who succumbed to injuries sustained during a stabbing. Jamal Ringrose was initially attacked on Saturday night and was later pronounced dead in hospital on Thursday, deepening the sorrow for his family and the local community.

Emergency services were alerted to the scene on Dudden Hill Lane in Dollis Hill at approximately 10.30pm on Saturday. First responders worked diligently to provide care to Jamal at the site before he was rushed to the hospital, where he sadly passed away days later. Detective Inspector Simon Ager, who is overseeing the investigation, expressed his condolences to Jamal’s family, emphasising the need for the community’s support in gathering information. “Our thoughts are with the family and loved ones of the boy who very sadly lost his life,” he stated. “We believe many people were in the area at the time and ask anyone with information or footage to come forward.”
Arrests Made
In connection with the investigation, a 15-year-old boy has been charged with affray and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. He was arrested on Tuesday and made an appearance at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, where he was formally charged.

Additionally, a 16-year-old and an 18-year-old man were apprehended on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm. While the 16-year-old remains in custody, the older suspect has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
